SaaS seat pricing made sense when software was the scarce resource. In the AI era, the scarce resource is brand intelligence — and that lives at the brand level, not the user level. We charge per brand because that's what we actually serve.
One brand, one price. Add more when you need them. Remove them when you don't. No contracts, no annual lock-in, no surprises.

How does per-brand pricing work?
You pay $29/month for each brand you actively manage in Narratr. Add a brand, it costs $29/mo. Add ten, it's $290/mo. There are no seats, no per-user fees, no base platform charge. If three strategists work on one brand, you still pay for one brand. If one person manages twenty, you pay for twenty brands. You can add or remove brands any time — changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
What's in the free tier and does it ever expire?
Free is permanent, not a trial. You get one brand with one audit per month, one MI refresh per month, three content ideas per month, and a one-time AI Readiness artifact generation (llms.txt, schema, robots.txt, IndexNow). No card required, no expiry. The limits stay the same forever — upgrade when you need more.
Can I add and remove brands at any time?
Yes. Adding a brand is instant — the pipeline runs within minutes and the full brand layer is live. Removing a brand takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your brand data persists for 30 days after removal so you can re-add or export everything before it's cleared.
How does the volume discount work?
When you manage 10 or more brands, the per-brand rate drops to $19/month. This is the agency tier. It isn't automated yet — email us at hello@narratr.ai with your brand count and we'll switch you over. The $19 rate applies to all brands in your account, not just the ones above ten.
What are knowledge sources and why do they matter?
Knowledge sources are what Narratr learns your brand from — your website, product pages, blog posts, Shopify catalog, WordPress archive, and any uploaded PDFs or docs. Every AI artifact Narratr generates (llms.txt, FAQ, JSON-LD schema) is built from these. More accurate sources = a sharper brand fingerprint = better AI citations. Free includes 5 sources. Paid plans support up to 150 per brand.
What is continuous AEO automation?
Every time you push content — a new product, a new blog post, a site change — Narratr regenerates your /llms.txt, updates your JSON-LD schema, and pings IndexNow so Bing and ChatGPT search re-crawl within minutes. Without this, your AI artifacts go stale every time your site changes. Free gets one-time generation. Paid plans get the continuous loop.
Does Narratr replace my compliance review for regulated brands?
No. Narratr enforces the claim rules you've already agreed to and flags edits for review — it doesn't substitute for legal sign-off. Risky-tier rewrites surface in your queue. Disease-tier blocks get logged. Your compliance team reviews exceptions instead of every line, which is faster — but review still happens.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You get 30 days to export everything — brand profiles, MI reports, audit history, generated content. After 30 days it's deleted. We don't share or sell customer data. Full policy at narratr.ai/privacy.
How does email campaign pricing work?
Email campaigns are usage-based on top of your per-brand subscription. You pay $0.001 per email sent — that's $1 per 1,000 emails, $10 per 10,000. There's no monthly minimum and no commitment. The first 3,000 emails per month are free. We use Resend for delivery, which gives you excellent deliverability and open/click analytics out of the box. At scale we may migrate to AWS SES under the hood — your price stays the same.
Do you have an enterprise plan?
Not yet as a formal tier. Organizations with 50+ brands, SSO requirements, or custom contracts — email hello@narratr.ai. We'll work something out until we're large enough to ship a proper enterprise tier.
